Let’s get you moving. The best place to start is our Discovery Pass. Enjoy 2 Weeks Unlimited Yoga for $55 ~ In-Studio & Online.
Our team of expert teachers will guide you through Hot Yoga to strengthen, Vinyasa Flow to energise, Slow Flow to stabilise and Yin Yoga to relax.
If you can, we suggest starting with a Slow Flow or Yin with more time to work out where your arms and legs go. However all class styles can be modified to your current level so you can try them all out.

Workshops & Yoga Retreats
Deepen your practice with regular workshops at our Hawthorn & Hampton studios enjoying yoga progressions, meditation, self care and sound healing.
We also help you escape the hustle and bustle of Melbourne to discover coastal and regional Victoria on weekend retreats.
Our retreats are the perfect mix of yoga, time in nature, delicious food and plenty of free time to explore the local area.

Hello, I’m Kacey and I can’t wait to meet you. I’m a world traveller & corporate dropout turned yoga teacher, studio owner & mama of two.
I understand the daily stresses of over being over-committed with work and family commitments ~ and that’s why I love yoga.
Yoga makes me a better mum, wife and boss. It’s my chance to strengthen, stretch and smile. It’s my self-care ritual and my reset button.
I created Kula to share the power of yoga and mindfulness and in the process we’ve connected a community of like-minded people. I’ll look forward to seeing you at the studios or online.
