I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem and I’ve fallen in love, hard! I’m fairly new to practising yoga, and having tried several studios around Melbourne in the past few years, I must say Kula has been the best one so far! The space is stunning, the instructors are all so lovely, genuine and knowledgable, and there are heaps of different classes scheduled throughout the week. Honestly, I’ve never had the urge to practise everyday until I found Kula. Keep up the amazing work, team Kula!
One of the finest studios in Melbourne. Large open space. Teachers are great and there’s a real sense of community. My practice has progressed at Kula as the teachers always encourage me and the classes are creative.
After a full day at work, coming to Kula for an evening sweat sesh is a huge sigh of relief. I love being able to arrive at the lovely inviting space and the cheery faces of the instructors. The hot classes are my favourite and it’s such a pleasure to work through the poses then be able to rest in meditation (and if you’re lucky, a song sung by Steph). It’s the best way to wind down for the evening.

Let’s get you moving. The best place to start is our Intro Offer. Enjoy 6 Classes for $50. You’ll have 3 weeks to use the pass from the date of your first class.
Our team of expert teachers will guide you through Hot Yoga to strengthen, Vinyasa Flow to energise, Slow Flow to stabilise and Yin Yoga to relax.
If you can, we suggest starting with a Slow Flow or Yin with more time to work out where your arms and legs go. However all class styles can be modified to your current level so you can try them all out.
WORKSHOPS & RETREATS
Deepen your practice with regular workshops at our Hawthorn & Hampton studios enjoying yoga progressions, meditation, self care and sound healing.
We also help you escape the hustle and bustle of Melbourne to discover coastal and regional Victoria on weekend retreats.
Our retreats are the perfect mix of yoga, time in nature, delicious food and plenty of free time to explore the local area.

Hello, I’m Kacey and I can’t wait to meet you. I’m a world traveller & corporate dropout turned yoga teacher, studio owner & mama of two.
I understand the daily stresses of over being over-committed with work and family commitments ~ and that’s why I love yoga.
Yoga makes me a better mum, wife and boss. It’s my chance to strengthen, stretch and smile. It’s my self-care ritual and my reset button.
I created Kula to share the power of yoga and mindfulness and in the process we’ve connected a community of like-minded people. I’ll look forward to seeing you at the studios or online.
