Our beautiful, spacious Hampton yoga studio caters to all levels from beginners yoga through to advanced yogis. Everyone is welcome.
We offer Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow & Yin Yoga as well as a Hot Pilates & Yoga fusion class and of course our signature Hot Yoga class which is dynamic vinyasa rather than static like Bikram Yoga classes.
We also offer regular workshops and yoga retreats, as well as a mobile yoga service for community, school and corporate groups.
Our spacious, light-filled Hampton yoga studio offers the Hampton, Highett, Sandringham, Brighton, Black Rock and surrounding Bayside Melbourne area with a variety of yoga classes, 7 days a week close-by and near you for your convenience.

Hot
• Strengthen & detoxify in a healthy FIR heated room to 32 degrees.
• Our Hot Yoga includes vinyasa flow to build fitness and strength as well as static poses similar to those found in the Bikram yoga sequence.
Flow
• Energise & find balance in a dynamic, vinyasa flow class at 26 degrees.
• Flow is a fluid, faster paced class building cardio fitness, strength & mobility as you synchronise movement with breath.
SLOW FLOW
• Build alignment, stability & freedom ~ it’s great for newcomers.
• Our Slow Flow is all about control and alignment, with as much creativity but half the pace of our Flow in a comfortable warm room.
Yin
• Mobilise & relax with long, deep stretches for flexibility and calm.
• Enjoy this gentle, static class in a regular temperature room to relax and unwind. A therapeutic complement to our dynamic classes to find mobility.
HOT PILATES & YOGA
• Pilates & Yoga fusion class for the best of both worlds at 32 degrees.
• Pilates strengthening exercises, breath work & specialised yoga sequences to stretch out with soul & find connection.

If you are new please book your ‘2 Weeks for $55’ Intro Pass online via our website or app. Book your classes to secure your spot and keep yourself accountable. All classes are 60 minutes except for our ‘Yin & Meditation’ classes which are 75 minutes long.
Mentorship Program
New to Yoga teaching? Do you lack experience & confidence? Our Yoga Teacher Mentorship Program allows you to book a private session, or multi session package, with our experienced senior teachers to take your teaching to the next level.
