Do you need an energy boost? To lower stress levels? Some ‘me time’?  We offer a range of yoga classes at our Hawthorn studio to help you on your path to health and happiness.
We are the only studio in the Hawthorn and Camberwell area to offer the styles of Hot Yoga, Power Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Basics, Prenatal & Yoga With Baby.
We invite you to take advantage of our ’10 days unlimited yoga for $25′ introductory offer to try all of our class styles. No experience necessary, we cater for beginners through to advanced, everyone welcome.
We sat down with Kula teacher Haydn Shadforth, to see what he has to say about our classes.
Kula: What’s your fitness background?
Haydn: I trained as an elite gymnast and studied ballet, touring the world as a professional dancer. I’ve recently finished my yoga instructor certification and I coach CrossFit as well.
Kula: How would you describe Kula’s classes?
Haydn: I see the range of classes at Kula as a true fusion of strength, stability and flexibility.  There’s a pace, and level of heat, to suit your mood and needs.
Kula: How can Yoga complement other fitness practices?
Haydn: The classes really focus on body movement and mobility. They are a great workout on their own as well as a nice companion to cross training or gym workouts on recovery days.
Kula: What’s the vibe of a Kula class?
Haydn: Yoga classes are challenging and fun. We always have music and love the community atmosphere created at the studio. We even have complimentary herbal tea for you to enjoy after class and make new friends.
