Find yourself in a comfortable, seated position, with relaxed shoulders and a tall spine.
In your mind, repeat:
I am not my thoughts.
My thoughts do not define me.
My thoughts provide information — how I use them is up to me.
I am not my emotions.
My emotions do not define me.
My emotions provide information — how bI use them is up to me.
I am peace.
I am serenity.
