Here’s our first recipe dedicated to our 30 Day Yoga & Nutrition Challengers.
If you have decided that your nutrition goal for 30 days is to cut sugar from your diet here’s a delicious breakfast option for you.
This is Kacey’s ‘Healthy Pancakes’ recipe.  These delicious pancakes are sugar free, dairy free, gluten free, wheat free and paleo friendly.
And they are super quick and easy to make!
 
Kacey’s Healthy Pancakes:
2 bananas
4 eggs
3 tablespoons almond meal
1 tablespoon coconut flour
2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking soda
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Use a little coconut oil to cook the pancakes on a frying pan.
Choose a healthy topping such as warm blueberries which are filled with antioxidants!
