Here’s our second recipe dedicated to our 30 Day Yoga & Nutrition Challengers.
Our Yoga Teacher and Naturopath Amelia has shared one for all of you with a sweet tooth who need a sugar free option to enjoy.
This is her Raw Chocolate Raspberry Cups
The ingredients:
3/4 cup of coconut oil
3/4 cup cacao powder
Pinch of sea salt
1tsp of vanilla extract
Stevia to taste (start with a small amount and add more as needed, liquid stevia works best)
Mix all ingredients together on a low heat or double boiler till melted. Pour 1/2-1cm of chocolate mixture into cup cake cases and then sprinkle with raspberries and chia seeds (or coconut, nuts, seeds, cacao nibs). Then freeze till they set and enjoy!!

This recipe is full of healthy fats from coconut that will give your energy, stimulate your metabolism and keep you full. This a perfect 3pm snack to perk you up, improve your cognitive function without all the sugar and is magnesium rich.
And they are super quick and easy to make!
