This workshop is for you.
In this educational workshop we will explore ways to achieve optional nutrition through clean eating and look at practical ways to implement these changes into your lifestyle.
The focus will be on cleaning up the diet to improve energy, reduce your toxic load and spring clean the body.
We will also look at how optimising your nutritional intake will lead to improved body composition, immune function and overall wellbeing.
With Naturopath (BSc) and Kula Yoga teacher Amelia Schrader:
Amelia is a Yoga teacher and qualified Naturopath (BSc) and has a passion for health and wellness. Amelia has a background in dance, sport aerobics and CrossFit and she draws upon her broad movement experience to bring a strong, dynamic and uplifting style to her classes. As a passionate yoga teacher and naturopath Amelia believes finding the balance between clean eating and enjoying food, being strong as well as mobile and working out as well as working in, are all key elements to optimal health and wellness.
