Osteopathy and Wellness

At Kula we take a holistic view of health and wellbeing. We have created a wellness hub by introducing two lovely treatment rooms which house incredible wellness practitioners.

Our wellness team offer services and treatments that complement our yoga practice beautifully to help you feel amazing.

Osteopathy is a gentle and safe form of health care that utilises a variety of techniques to diagnose and treat structural and biomechanical dysfunctions of the body.

Our treatment emphasis is on the whole person and not their collection of symptoms; we treat muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints and fascia to support the body’s self-healing mechanism to gently release any strains present and restore health and wellbeing.

Our Osteopaths are experienced and qualified practitioners. We have over 20 years combined clinical experience in treating people of all ages, including newborns, pregnant women, elite athletes and elderly, making us the perfect osteopathic choice for any member of your family.

For further information on Osteopathy or to BOOK ONLINE visit our website www.easternosteo.com.au or call 03 9095 6556 to speak with our friendly Osteopaths.
