🔹Restorative Yin Yoga poses to reach a deep level of freedom and relaxation within your body.
🔹Hands on massage & adjustments in some yin poses, rebound positions & savasana.
🔹Immersion into acupressure points and the use of essential oils to further release & relax.

This workshop is designed to create space, unwind tension and rebalance the nervous system to leave you feeling restored and nourished.

This workshop is for anyone who is:

🔹Open to experiencing hands on massage and adjusts while enjoying a Yin yoga sequence and guided relaxation.
🔹Curious about self acupressure, an ancient form of massage used within the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) system.
